Less oily less fatty foods, and less savoury stuffs. Good deal of water. Drink soda. Don’t leave your stomach empty for more than one hour- eat anything biscuit, bread or at least a little water with a pinch of salt and a spoon of sugar.Chest pain is nothing. It may annoy you like heart ache, but it is nothing to be worried about.Tags: lower left abdominal pain bowel movement, Most Popular
Constipation is a problem accompanied by many unpleasant symptoms and can be painful during bowel movements, dry or hard stool, nausea, cramps and even abdominal pain. Though you may only experience painful constipation abdominal pain with the occasional irregular bowel movement, some sufferers may feel the effects of it everyday.
Fecal impaction produces a blockage in the gastrointestinal tract causing little to no relief during bowel movements. Normally, fecal impactions at its early stage will trigger abdominal pain, and rectum discomfort. However, as feces backs up behind the blockage, pressure builds within your body system causing further constipation abdominal pain.
The longer the fecal impaction remains the more severe pain and pressure will become in the abdomen. Often mistaken as symptoms of flu, you may not make the link between abdominal pain and constipation as possible fecal impaction symptoms. In fact, since the blockage only allows watery waste to pass through the body system, most of us tend to ignore the problem thinking that the diarrhea is a result of the flu, and will pass in a few days. Little do we realize that the opposite is always true.
If left untreated, fecal impactions can surely lead to serious health problems far more severe than the abdominal pain and constipation felt in the initial stages. Now, to alleviate temporary discomfort caused by constipation abdominal pain, you may consider to use laxatives. However, laxatives aren’t effective in treating and eliminating fecal impactions. Since laxatives do not cleanse the gastrointestinal tract of feces, waste will continue to build up on the walls of the colon and intestines leading to future fecal impactions and as fecal impaction returns to the body so does the problem with constipation abdominal pain.
Medical professionals can treat constipation abdominal pain from fecal impaction by performing a colonic irrigation. By removing feces clinging to the wall of the colon and intestines, this method will eliminate future possible blockages.
When you need extra help try natural colon cleanser product for fast relief of abdominal pain and constipation that accompany fecal impaction. But make sure to avoid chemical colon cleansers that harm helpful bacteria that live in the gastrointestinal tract.
