- headaches (Worse in the morning sometimes)
- Trouble Breathing (feels like sinus problems but worse)
- Heartpain/Chestpain (more like the chestbone muscles ..not really HEART itself)
- Unwanted weight loss in face
- Razor Bumps under my neck (could be just from shaving lol)

Stomach Pain Near Rib Cage

scared! could this be lymphoma?

after my husband took a shower, i noticed a bump on his near his rib cage. first i thought that it was just rib but there isn’t one on the other side. it is about the size of a dime, and from what i remember it didn’t feel hard really. i am concerned that this is a swollen lymph node and that he has lymphoma. he has lost 10 pounds the past 2 months. he says he has gained 2 but i think he might just be trying to make me feel better. he also isn’t well. he has been out of work the past 2 months so the and weight loss i assumed was due to stress. i stay home so we had no income. other than that, he has no symptoms of anything. but he has hip perthis and needs his hip replaced. i am terrified that he has cancer i can’t even sleep. please someone i need advice on if this could be a lymph node and lymphoma. it is killing me to think about. please someone i need some advice. and also it hasn’t grown since i found it if that matter any.

It “could” be, but you will not know unless you visit a doctor and have some tests. You need that peace of mind, and worrying will not change anything. Any itching? Night sweats? [profuse soak-the-sheets type] For the record, I had no fever at all when I was getting Lymphoma. I did lose weight, have swollen lymph nodes, itch & night sweats. The most definitive test would be a biopsy of the swollen node. My doctors were doing all sorts of tests before I finally had a biopsy, and then it was crystal clear. Here is where you’ll find the best info on the web. They also have online counselors you can chat with.

Upper Abdominal Pain Morning

Abdominal in the morning.?

So lately I wake up in the morning with upper abdominal pain. I think it might have to do with my sleep. Last week i went to bed any where from 10 p.m.- 1 am. And get up at 6 a.m. The time I went to bed at 1 a.m. the pain was worse. I wake up and after a few seconds then pain starts to come. Should I go to the doc? My mom doesn’t want to because it doesn’t happen through the whole day.

Abdominal pain is caused by inflammation (for example, appendicitis, diverticulitis, colitis ), by stretching or distention of an organ (for example, obstruction of the intestine, blockage of a bile duct by gallstones, swelling of the liver with hepatitis), or by loss of the supply of blood to an organ (for example, ischemic colitis).

To complicate matters, however, abdominal pain also can occur without inflammation, distention or loss of blood supply. An important example of this latter type of pain is the irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It is not clear what causes the abdominal pain in IBS, but it is believed to be due either to abnormal contractions of the intestinal muscles (for example, spasm) or abnormally sensitive nerves within the intestines that give rise to painful sensations inappropriately (visceral hyper-sensitivity). These latter types of pain are often referred to as functional pain because no recognizable (visible) causes for the pain have been found – at least not yet.

Please request your Mom to accompany you to a doctor for a check-up and possible treatment. Good luck and God bless.
