I dont have a fever and im not vomiting or have diahrrea. Can anyone help me..anyone had these symptoms? SHould I be concerned about the sharp pains or is it just trapped gas?
Drink chamomile tea before, during and after menstruation to prevent pain, strain, cramps, bloating, gas and discomfort.
Drink green tea everyday.
Anaphylaxis
What is Anaphylaxis? Anaphylaxis is a type of allergic reaction that affects the whole body. It is a response to a substance to which a person has become very sensitive. This allergic response is sudden, severe, and involves the whole body.
During an anaphylactic allergic reaction, tissues in different parts of the body release histamine and other substances. This causes constriction of the airways, resulting in wheezing; difficulty breathing; and gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain, cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. Symptoms develop rapidly, often within seconds or minutes.
Shock may occur as a result of lowered blood pressure and blood volume. Hives and angioedema (hives on the lips, eyelids, throat, and/or tongue) often occur, and angioedema may be severe enough to cause obstruction of the airway. Prolonged anaphylaxis can cause heart arrhythmias.
Some drugs such as morphine, x-ray dye, and others may cause an anaphylactic like reaction on the first exposure. Anaphylaxis can occur in response to any allergen. Common causes include insect bites/ stings, food allergies, and drug allergies. Pollens and other inhaled allergens, which commonly cause allergic rhinitis, rarely cause anaphylaxis. Some people have an anaphylactic reaction with no identifiable cause.
Anaphylaxis occurs infrequently; it is life-threatening and can occur at any time. Risks include prior history of any type of allergic reaction.
Anaphylaxis is an emergency condition that requires immediate professional medical attention. Assessment of the ABCs (airway, breathing, and circulation) should be done in all suspected anaphylactic reactions. If indicated, CPR should be initiated. People with a history of severe allergic reactions may carry an Epi-Pen or other allergy kit, and should be assisted if necessary.

I have missed 2 periods, but I’m not regular anyway. I have extreme stomach and abdominal pains as well as dizziness and fatigue. I am getting a pregnancy test as soon as I can get the money and I’m going to see a doctor in July. I have tried the symptom checker on webmd but it was not helpful. Do you have any idea whats wrong with me?
I have an appointment for july and I don’tknow if I can find an earlier date anywhere. I’m 17.
Sounds very possible that you are pregnant with the missed periods, fatigue and dizziness. Get that pregnancy test fast. Better yet, just go to the doctor or ER. Extreme stomach and abdominal pains can’t be good. Good luck!<3

This is also very disturbing for busy individuals who have to deal with various things such as their business, school and other important things. On the other hand, there are several possible causes of stomach ache and somehow you have to be aware of it so that you can come up with the best and the most efficient home remedies. For instance, you have not visited comfort room for the last two consecutive days then the cause of your stomach ache might be constipation. If this is the case then the best thing for you to do is to visit the restroom or take over the counter medicines for minor cases of constipation.
You can also take digestion aids since one more possible reason is that your digestive system could have a hard time in digesting the foods that you eat. If you believe that you are experiencing stomach ache for this reason then the best thing that you can do is to take more liquid or water and add more vegetables and fruits to your meals. One more possible reason of stomach ache is to accidentally eat contaminated food. This usually happen to individuals who usually eats in food chains and unreliable restaurants and canteen. If you think that the pain in your stomach are caused by this then all you have to do is to take cleansing foods such as papaya, banana, and other fruits that can help you have a normal stool. You also have to drink more water for cleansing. As much as possible, you also need to avoid eating in restaurants and canteens that you think are not that reliable when it comes to preparing foods that they eat.
Severe pain in the stomach can also lead to having serious medical condition such as colon cancer and ulcer. These are life threatening disease so you will have to be extra careful when you often feel pains in the stomach. If this is happening to you then you will have to consider seeing a doctor immediately so you can be diagnosed. Pains in the stomach could be easier to be treated compared to other conditions. If you feel pain in your stomach and you don’t want to take medicines then you can just relax and slowly massage your stomach. After all, stress is also one of the possible causes of stomach ache. So, if you are often stressed then you are prone to always feel minor pains in the stomach. In this case, all you have to do is to relax.

Chester has been diagnosed with abdominal cancer. He is very very thin and they gave him 3 months to go. Is he in pain? He is still eating and voiding but very weak. He still wants to be around me.
If he is often sitting in what some people call like a “meatloaf” position, hunched together, legs tucked in, that can be a sign of abdominal pain. Or in general if he stays in one position and does not seem comfortable moving.
and obviously if he cries or growls or tenses up if you touch his abdomen.
Cats can really hide pain though. Talk to the vet about whether it might be a good idea to assume that he is in pain considering the cancer he has, and get some Buprenex (generic name buprenorphine) to give him just as a person with terminal cancer is on morphine to make their last days more peaceful. Bup can be given as often as every 6 hrs. (but usually one would first try every 12 or every 8).
I’m very sorry about Chester’s diagnosis. and i am glad you’re considering that he might be in pain and will get something to help him. that Buprenorphine helps wonderfully! It is absorbed through the lining of the mouth, NOT absorbed well in digestive tract. so for it to work well you put the oral syringe in the pocket of his cheek and give it VERY SLOWLY, just drops, so it will absorb. if he gets impatient stop and then give the rest of the dose in a few minutes.. That will help it work a lot better than if you give it fast and he just swallows it.
Also Pepcid AC (half a 10 mg tablet) might help his stomach feel a little better and maybe he could eat more? but check with your vet.
And spend lots of time with him and treasure it. And “listen” to him to let you know when he is ready to go.
