I just finished my period yesterday and I still have a bad pain in my stomach. It kind of feels like bloating, but higher up. I do hve some food allergies and sometimes I get this stomach ache after I have milk (I had milk 6 hours ago).
What can I do to get rid of this pain??
Sounds like you’re lactose intolerant. Cheese, yogurt, ice cream, almost anything dairy can give you the same effect. You don’t have to completely stop eating those things, but trying different varieties of those items, because not ALL dairy will make you feel that way.
