HELP!!!!! What is really going on with me?
Okay I know this may be TMI but I have been having the following symptoms ….nausea, sore nipples, headache, easily irritated, spitting constantly, lower back pain mainly, lower stomach pain, gassy, recent loose bowels, usually constipated maybe more but i can’t seem to think right now. I have taken 2 pregnancy test and both were negative so i really have no idea what is wrong with me. I am always tired and wanting to sleep all day. I went to doctor and they did ultrasounds( I have cyst on my ovaries; poly cystic ovarian syndrome). My last cycle was late May, Early June cant really remember it has never been regular due to the cyst. what to do I am so lost.
Last night right after posting; while eating a salad I got extremely nauseated and weak could only make it to bed. Still no vomiting; I think I would feel better if I could actually throw up.

* Menstrual irregularities
* Pelvic pain — a constant or intermittent dull ache that may radiate to your lower back and thighs
* Pelvic pain shortly before your period begins or just before it ends
* Pelvic pain during intercourse (dyspareunia)
* Pain during bowel movements or pressure on your bowels
* Nausea, vomiting or breast tenderness similar to that experienced during pregnancy
* Fullness or heaviness in your abdomen
* Pressure on your rectum or bladder — difficulty emptying your bladder completely
