Pain in my lower left ab region
Recently when I was on the basketball court, I took a hard step and felt a pop on my lower left ab region. About 45 degree angle from belly-button towards outside of my hip on my left side. The pain comes and goes but if I lay on my back and raise my left leg the pain is pretty intense where my left thigh runs into my torso. My research makes me think it is the muscle Psoas Major of the abdominal region. What is the best therapy to help this improve?
